2006
Dear Pastor Sterlin and Graduates of the
Soulwinner Class of 2006:
I want to praise God for your zeal to
serve our Lord Jesus Christ and your
passion to see the souls of men saved.
It is a blessing and joy to be involved
in learning how to win souls and also to
be involved in doing it.
I remember as a student in Bible college
we sang every week: “Souls for Jesus is
our battle cry. Souls for Jesus, we’ll
fight until we die! We never will give
in, while souls are lost in sin, souls
for Jesus is our battle cry!”
I am glad that is your battle cry, and I
want you to know that it is still mine.
Let’s pray that the Lord will use us to
win many souls to Him in the coming
year. What you have learned in 2006
will bring forth great fruit in 2007!
The seeds of God’s Word that you have
planted will also result in fruit for
the glory of God and His Son Jesus
Christ in the coming year and for all
eternity!
Do not grow weary in well doing, for in
due season, you will reap. So faint
not, keep the fire hot in your hearts,
and press on in 2007.
May God bless you greatly as you
celebrate your Soulwinner Graduation
Banquet and as you enter a new year!
Sincerely in Christ,
C. Matthew Recker, Pastor

Soul
Winning is a very important
matter in the life of a
Christian. Every Christian is
responsible to tell the lost one
about God and His wonderful
Words. We have to share the
Gospel in order for the lost to
be saved by the blood of Jesus
Christ. The Bible tells us to go
and teach the Gospel as in
Matthew 29:19 says
"Go ye therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, and of the
Son, and of the Holy Ghost:"
and Mark 16:15 says
"And he said unto them, Go ye
into all the world, and preach
the gospel to every creature." |
|
Our goal as
Christian is to see lost one
came to a better understanding
of the Word of God, of God, of
Jesus Christ and to get saved.
Every Saturday, we have a soul
winning time, where we go in the
surrounding communities to share
the good news of the Gospel. It
is every Christian job to share
his or her faith with unsaved
one, therefore would you like to
join us if you are considering
to join us, we will be happy to
help and teach you the different
way you can share your faith
with an unbeliever. |
