Dear Believer,

God has given us a vision to have our own local church building. In this regard we would like to share with you about our building fund donation plan. 

We have been renting a public school building for four years. In 2002, Our Deaf Church was opened at the Village Community School. It was there we meet for three and a half years. It was at that time VCS decided we could not meet there because our contract had expired. We moved to another public school building named Physical School, which has given us a room for five months. Unfortunately, we are not able to remain in this place for a long period of time. It is only temporary. We are using the room because we don’t have a deaf church in New York City in which we can worship the Lord every Sunday.  For many years we have been praying to the Lord that He will give us our desire in faith to have our own Church building in the future. If God speaks to your heart and tells you to give, then we ask you to give to our building fund. The Lord will continue to work in your heart. Please pray that the members of the Church give the money for helping this financial need to make it possible for our Deaf Church to buy a Local Church building in the future. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help us a lot. The Deaf Church belongs to God. Please keep this in your prayers.

The goal of the Deaf Church is to reach out to the Deaf Community for the gospel of Jesus Christ and fellowship with Christians. This church gives deaf people the opportunity to receive the Word of God in their language by communicating in American Sign Language. The Deaf Church, characterized by a deaf pastor and deaf leaders, is best able to penetrate the heart of the deaf community. As a result, we believe The Deaf Church will grow.

Please pray and seek the Lord concerning our church plan. Allow the Lord to touch your heart. It is our sincere hope that you will first pray and then give toward our building fund according to how the Lord leads. Your donation will help us to build a new Local church.  Matthew 16:18 says “…and upon this rock I will build my church…”
